Cindy Lowe, manager of American Sprinkler Repair, has been in the irrigation industry her entire life. Cindy’s dad, Chester Sutton, founded the Hi-Spray sprinkler company in Dallas in 1953 which later became American Lawn Sprinkler Company in 1954 and then transitioned to American Sprinkler Repair when we no longer installed new irrigation systems. Same family, same great service throughout the years.

Cindy joined the company in 1973 and bought the company in 1984.
Cindy has more than 40 years of hands-on sprinkler repair technician experience. In 2021 she “retired” as a technician and now just manages the company. Her husband, Mark, joined the company in 2008.

Cindy was born in Fort Worth and raised in Dallas until her family moved to Flower Mound in 1968 where at the time there was pretty much nothing (population 604). She graduated from Lewisville High School and briefly worked at a drug company until she joined her father’s sprinkler repair company. Cindy is married with two kids: Tony, who retired from the City of Grapevine and moved to Vermont, and her daughter Christi works at a local plumbing company.

Cindy has four grandchildren, 2 boys and 2 girls, ranging in age from 18-22. Cindy is an avid pickleball player, loves to fish and is a hard core walker of 7 miles a day. She owns five Maine Coon cats which each weigh 20+ pounds!
