Located and repaired cut wire to zones 7 and 8

Tested system, adjusted rotary heads for better coverage, adjusted timing on stations for better coverage, replaced rain sensor that was damage when roof was replace, checked and adjusted entire system with 20 stations.

Replaced two 1” valves on zones 16 and 17 on first box that were stuck on and leaking constantly.

Capped off main line going under concrete pool deck, customer request an estimate to reroute main line to see what works and what not, after that they will need another estimate to repair back sprinkler system

Tested system, dug up, repaired and buried 1” lateral line leaks on zones 13 and 20 that were damage per cars running over grass, replaced 10 rotary heads and 6 spray heads that were broken/not working, adjusted with proper height and nozzle, replaced battery on rain sensor, checked operation of the same(manually), adjusted spray heads and rotary heads to water in right direction, checked and adjusted entire system with 20 stations.

Dug up, repaired and buried 1” main line leak by front gate that was leaking constantly causing a wet spot in lawn, had to cut valve next to it to be able to repair leak, moved one rotary head on zone 12 for second controller for proper coverage.

Dug up, repaired and buried 1” main line leak behind valve on zone 11, cleaned up valve on zone 11 under warranty, replaced 3 spray heads on zone 11 for heads with built in check valve to avoid draining the whole lateral line on zone 11.

Rebuilt 1” valve on zone 10 that was not coming all the way on, did not check system per customer.

Rebuilt 1” valve on zone 11 that was not coming all the way on and leaking constantly causing a wet spot in lawn and could have cause an increment in water bill, did not check system per customer.

Checking coverage on a flower bed

Tested entire system, replaced 1” valve on zone 2 for controller that waters front yard that was leaking constantly causing a wet spot in lawn, replaced 17 rotary heads that were broken/not working, adjusted with proper height and nozzle, changed out 3 mp rotors nozzles that were not working, replaced missing valve box lid in front yard, adjusted rotary heads and spray heads to water in right direction, cleaned up couple of clogged nozzles, checked and adjusted entire system with 30 stations total on two controllers.

Replaced 1” master valve that was stuck on, rebuilt 1” pressure regulator that was leaking constantly causing a wet spot in lawn and could have cause an increment in water bill, did not check system per customer.

Replaced 4 spray heads that were pointed out per customer, did not check system per customer.

Dug up repaired and buried 1” lateral line leak on zone 20 in backyard and 1/2” lateral line leak on zone 1 for second controller, replaced 22 rotary heads that were not turning/leaking badly/broken, adjusted with proper height and nozzle, lowered down 2 rotary heads in backyard to avoid future damage per lawn guys, replaced 3 spray heads that were not popping up, repaired several drip line leaks on zones 9, 12 and 14, stations 9 and 14 are piped together, not able to determine where landscape guys tie up together both station, adjusted spray heads and rotary heads to water in right direction, checked and adjusted entire system with 33 stations in two controllers.

Tested system, rebuilt 1” master valve that was not coming all the way on, and 1” valve on zone 3 that was leaking when system on, replaced 6 spray heads that were broken/not popping up, adjusted with proper height and nozzle, adjusted spray heads to water in right direction, set controller for proper watering schedule, checked and adjusted entire system with 12 stations.

Located and repaired cut wire to zone 1, changed out one nozzle for proper coverage, adjusted spray heads and rotary heads to water in right direction, installed WiFi module on controller, checked and adjusted entire system with 5 stations.
