Customer had station 2 not working. Checked from controller, remote said open. Used 521 locator to find valve, however wire was cut. Tried to find wire. Could not find wire, thus looked for valve manually. Found valve for station 2. Ran new wire from last good known splice to valve and tested before handoff.

Rebuilt 1” valve on zone 1 that was seeping constantly causing a wet spot in lawn and could have cause an increment in water bill, raised up one spray head on zone 2, grass is too high in some areas and looks that the heads are not popping up, customer need to cut grass for for to work efficiently, area in backyard that looks dead might be cause due fungus, customer need to call a lawn care company to address that issue, area is getting plenty of water, checked only stations pointed out by customer.

Tested system, dug up, repaired and buried 1/2” lateral line leak on zone 1, replaced one rotary head on zone 10 to avoid water on basement windows, replaced and raised up two spray heads on zone 2 per customer request, adjusted spray heads and rotary heads to water in right direction, cleaned up couple of clogged nozzles, checked and adjusted entire system with 12 stations.

Replaced damaged controller, set controller for proper watering schedule, rebuilt 1” valve on zone 2 that was not coming on, dug up, repaired and buried 3/4” and 1/2” lateral line leaks on zones 1, 2 and 4, moved one rotary heads from under fence on zone 5, replaced rotary heads and spray heads as needed, adjusted with proper height and nozzle, checked and adjusted all 6 stations.
