Tested system, dug up, repaired and buried 3/4” lateral line leak on zone 2 that was leaking badly when on and could have cause an increment in water bill, replaced 3 spray heads that were broken/leaking, adjusted with proper height and nozzle, capped off one spray head on zone 2 per customer request, turned off 7 spray heads on zone 4 per customer request, raised up and replaced several spray heads for better coverage of flower beds, adjusted spray heads to water in right direction, cleaned up couple of clogged nozzles, set controller for proper watering schedule, checked and adjusted entire system with 6 stations.

No charge today, found that drip station had 3 start times on program C, set drip station accordingly, adjusted one nozzle in back, checked trouble areas with customer.

Replacing a section of 1” pipe that has a bulge in it

Replaced damaged backflow device, checked operation of the same, added spray heads on zone 8 for better coverage of back flower beds and grass area around pool, located and repaired cut wires to zone 5, disconnected drip lines on zone 8, replaced damaged rain sensor, raised and replaced 11 spray heads that were not popping up/broken, adjusted with proper height and nozzle, adjusted spray heads and rotary heads to water in right direction, set controller for proper watering schedule and for summer season, checked and adjusted entire system with 9 stations.

Replaced controller that was provided per customer, set controller for proper watering schedule and with current watering restrictions, checked and adjusted entire system with 9 stations.

Tested system, changed out two nozzles to avoid water on front window as less as possible, repaired drip line leak on zone 5, checked and adjusted entire system.

Tested system, repaired drip line leaks on zone 1

Replaced 1” valve that was leaking constantly, checked water meter for leaks, there’s still a small leak on sprinkler main line, customer will call leak detection company to find leak.

Tested system, replaced 5 broken heads, adjusted with proper height and nozzles, moved such heads a little bit off concrete to avoid future damage per lawn guys, checked and adjusted entire system with 17 stations on two controllers.

Dug up, repaired and buried 2” main line leak in front of DCA that was leaking constantly causing wet spot in lawn and could have cause an increment in water bill, left water off to let glue to fully cure, need to reschedule to turned water back on and check system.

Tested system, replaced 6 spray heads that wet leaking/not popping up, adjusted with proper height and nozzle, dug up, repaired and buried 3/4” lateral line leak on zone 6 that was damage when running new internet cable, cleaned up couple of clogged nozzles, adjusted spray heads to water in right direction, checked and adjusted entire system with 8 stations.

Evaluated system for new drip around foundation.

Dug up, repaired and buried drip line leaks in front left yard by AT&T connection box that were damaged when AT&T contractor was digging in such area.

Ran new main line under circular driveway due main line leak under driveway that was leaking constantly causing water running down driveway and could have cause an increment in water bill, tested entire system, dug up, repaired and buried 1/2” lateral line leaks on zones 3, 6 and 8, cleaned up couple of clogged nozzles, adjusted spray heads to water in right direction, checked and adjusted entire system with 11 stations.

Evaluated leak, main line leak is on sprinkler main line and is under concrete, need to reschedule to run new line under driveway.

Located and marked all 7 valves, located and replaced 1” valve on zone 7 that was stuck on, checked and adjusted entire system with 7 stations.

Dug up, repaired and buried 1” main line leak in right side of house cause by ground shifting, tested system, changed out one clogged nozzle, adjusted spray heads to water in right direction, checked and adjusted entire system with 5 stations.

Replaced 1” valve on zone 5 that was leaking constantly causing a wet spot in lawn and could have cause an increment in water bill, tested system, dug up, repaired and buried lateral line leaks on zones 5 and 7, performed hard reset on controller, controller is going out and needs to be replace, customer stated they will replace it next time, set controller for proper watering schedule, checked and adjusted entire system with 8 stations.

Replaced controller, installed WiFi module and rain sensor, tested system, added two spray heads on zones 2 and 5 for better coverage, replaced two spray heads that were not popping up, adjusted with proper height and nozzles, checked and adjusted entire system with 5 stations.

Tightened up wire inside controller, tested multiple times, every time sprinklers came on.

Repaired bad wire connection at valve on zone 1, dug up, repaired and buried 1/2” lateral line leak on zone 1, replaced one broken head in front flower bed that was damage when trimming front bushes, checked and adjusted entire system with 7 stations.
