Evaluated system, there’s two stations that are not coming on, at least 10 spray heads need to be replaced, stations on west side have major leaks, one of them need to be capped off, another station need to capped off some spray heads on west side and add more heads on west side of building, all stations in west side are not working need to possibly run new wire, customer request an estimate to complete repairs.

Eric, our technician, came out to repair a line break and give us an estimate on more sprinklers in the backyard. He discovered that we had a separate valve we weren’t using, repaired the line to that valve (which is why it wasn’t working) and installed new sprinkler heads. Honestly, he saved us thousands of dollars versus an estimate that I received from another company by finding the additional valve and repairing it. Greatly appreciated and highly recommend!

Dealing with vendors for home repairs can be a dicey proposition. I can repair sprinkler heads and fix pipes but for electrical problems, I have had to call American Sprinkler Repair twice over the past couple of years. American Sprinkler is easy to schedule, and Eric has been very impressive. He shows up on time, listens to my symptoms, knows how to identify the problem, and fixes it quickly. (even though they are paid by the hour) In this world full of less-than-reputable repair companies, Amercian Sprinkler Repair is simply outstanding, and I can't recommend them enough!
