Evaluated system Repairs needed as follow Zone 1.- need to add one spray head for better coverage near mailbox, need to replace 5 spray heads due they’re leaking/not working Zone 2.- need to replace one spray head that is not popping up Zone 3.- need to replaced one spray head that is missing and 3 more that are not working correctly Zone 4.- have a lateral line leak between tree roots along Bershire Dr. and 6 spray heads need to be replaced due not working/wrong type of head Zone 5.- have a broken head a need to be replace Zone 6.- have a cut wire and is not coming on Zone 7.- have a lateral line leak between wooden deck and fence also have a broken head by driveway, valve need to be replace as well due valve got stuck on during testing of stations. There’s two valve in backyard that are leaking constantly and they need to be replace(possibly zone 6 and zone 7) Turned station 6 manually and also need to add two spray heads for better coverage of backyard and two more heads are leaking

Running a new multi conductor wire to 5 valves with a connection box outside of the garage for easy access

Tested system, located and replaced 1” valve on zone 5 that was seeping constantly causing a wet spot in lawn and could have cause an increment in water bill, added two spray heads in front entry for better coverage in flower beds, replaced 9 rotary heads and 6 spray heads that were not turning/wrong type/not working, adjusted with proper height and nozzle, cleaned up couple of clogged nozzles, adjusted spray heads and rotary heads to water in right direction, checked and adjusted entire system with 25 stations.

Dug up, replaced and buried two 1” valves on zones 1 and 8 that were leaking constantly causing wet spot in backyard and could have cause an increment in water bill, checked water meter for water usage after repairs, no leaks observed on sprinkler main line nor house line, checked and adjusted entire system with 8 stations.

Repaired cut wire to zone 3 using an add a zone device connected to zone 4, raised and replaced one spray head on zone 1 that was not popping up, replaced one spray head on zone 2 in backyard that was broken, replaced one spray head on zone 3 for taller head for better coverage of back flower bed, checked and adjusted entire system with 4stations.

Dug up, repaired and buried 2” main line leak on east side of property near garden, had to cut line in top of leak to be able to repair, advised customer to leave sprinkler water off for at least 24 hrs.

Turned water meter off, meter stop moving, turned DCA back on and turned house water off at front flower bed, no leaks observed on sprinkler main line nor house line from water meter going to house water shut off located at flower bed, main line leak is somewhere inside house, customer needs to call a plumber to locate and repair leak

Replaced 1” valve on zone 3 that was stuck on, tested system, cleaned up couple of clogged nozzles, set controller for season, checked and adjusted entire system with 5 stations.

Repaired cut wires in backyard, tested system, adjusted rotary heads and spray heads to water in right direction, replaced one rotary head on zone 7 that was not turning, adjusted with proper height and nozzle, checked and adjusted entire system with 8 stations.

Tested system, replaced two spray heads that were sticking up, adjusted with proper height and nozzle, raised up two spray heads for better coverage, changed out two nozzles for better coverage, cleaned up couple of clogged nozzles, adjusted spray heads and rotary heads to water in right direction, checked and adjusted entire system with 6 stations.

Replaced damaged controller, set controller for season, dug up, repaired and buried 1/2” lateral line leaks and drip line leak on zones 4, 6 and 1, respectively, cleaned up couple of clogged nozzles, adjusted spray heads to water in right direction, checked and adjusted entire system with 7 stations.

Located and replaced 1” valve on zone 10 that was seeping constantly causing water running down fence and could have cause an increment in water bill, found small rocks inside valve, therefore there’s a possibility that same valve and or more valves could be damage per small rocks, adjusted spray heads and.rotary heads to water in right direction, not able to access settings at controller due limited access provided per customer, checked and adjusted entire system with 15 stations.

Tested system, replaced defective controller, set controller for proper watering schedule, replaced 25 spray heads that were broken/not popping up/leaking, adjusted with proper height and nozzle, dug up, repaired and buried 3/4” lateral line leak on zone 1, capped off 3 spray heads per customer request, checked and adjusted entire system with 5 stations.
