Tested system, dug up, repaired and buried 1” main line leak that was leaking badly when on and could have cause an increment in water bill, replaced two spray heads that were leaking badly when on, checked and adjusted entire system with 5 stations.

Dug up, repaired and buried 1” main line leak in backyard that was leaking constantly causing a wet spot in lawn and could have cause an increment in water bill, had to cut valve next to it.

Repaired cut wire to zone 5, tested system, replaced 10 spray heads that were broken/not popping up/leaking, adjusted with proper height and nozzle, cleaned up couple of clogged nozzles, checked and adjusted entire system with 8 stations.

Replaced two 1” valves on zones 3 and 4 that were leaking constantly causing a wet spot in lawn and could have cause an increment in water bill, checked water meter for water usage after repairs, no leaks observed on sprinkler main line nor house line, tested system, dug up, repaired and buried 1/2” lateral line leak on zone 4, replaced one spray head and two rotary heads that were leaking badly when on, adjusted with proper height and nozzle, adjusted spray heads and rotary heads to avoid water on windows as less as possible, cleaned couple of clogged nozzles, adjusted spray heads and rotary heads to water in right direction, checked and adjusted entire system with 8 stations.

Digging up the tie in to the backflow preventer to the sprinkler system

Dug up, repaired and buried 12mm drip line leaks on zone 2 in front parkway, tested system, wet area in backyard might be coming from neighbor in back, no leaks observed on stations 4, 5, 6 and 7, advised customer to install a drain to help wet area to be saturated with water, checked entire system with 8 stations.

Replaced faulty controller that was provided per customer, installed DCA box lid that was provided per customer, checked and adjusted entire system with 4 stations.

Dug up, repaired and buried 1” main line leak by front door that was leaking constantly causing a wet spot in lawn and could have cause an increment in water bill.

Replaced two broken heads, adjusted with proper height and nozzle

Tested system, repaired several drip line leaks, replaced rain sensor, checked and adjusted entire system with 6 stations.

Tested system, raised up couple of rotary heads, straightened up couple heads, checked entire system.

Dug up, repaired and buried 1” main line leak in backyard that was leaking constantly causing water running down alley and could have cause an increment in water bill.

Tested system, dug up, repaired and buried 1/2” lateral line leaks on zones 1 and 2, repaired cut wire to zone 3, replaced and straightened up one spray head on zone 1, capped off two micro spray heads that were no longer needed, cleaned up couple of clogged nozzles, checked and adjusted entire system with 5 stations.

Replaced 1” valve on zone 2 that was not coming all the way on.

Rebuilt 1” valve on zone 11 that was seeping constantly causing a wet spot outside fence in back alley, checked water meter for leaks after repairs, water meter still shows a small leak on sprinkler system, advised customer to call a leak detection company to locate leak, moved one spray head on zone 11 from outside fence to inside fence, did not check system per customer.

Located and replaced valves

Tested system, replaced two spray heads that were not popping up, adjusted with proper height and nozzle, straightened up couple of spray heads for better coverage, moved one spray head on zone 2 for better coverage, changed out couple of nozzles for better coverage, adjusted spray heads to water in right direction, cleaned up couple of clogged nozzles, checked and adjusted entire system with 6 stations.

Tested system, replaced one spray head on one 2 that was not popping up, adjusted with proper height and nozzle, changed out 3 clogged nozzles, adjusted spray heads to water in right direction, checked and adjusted entire system with 4 stations.
