The main thing is that the problem was resolved. However, I was discontent with the pricing of the parts... almost $400 for PVC pipe and fittings. Fittings cost less than a dollar. 5ft of pipe costs less than $25. So, that markup was extremely exorbitant. I could only give 3 stars for convenience, because there did not seem to be any sense of urgency. Each time I called, I was given an appointment at least 2 weeks out. So, between the time of the first call and the job being completed it was almost 2 months. The first time they came (after waiting 2 weeks) they stated they needed a second person. So, I had to call and get put back on the schedule. Then, when they came with 2 people, they stated I needed to remove a tree before they would do the job. I had the tree cut down within 5 days. I then had to be put back on the calendar for a third time. Nevertheless, it was eventually done and I was very pleased with the technician's work.
