I have used American Sprinkler Repair for years. They are always great and come through for me.
Tested system, located and replaced faulty add-a-zone device connected to zones 5 and 10 due station 5 was not coming on, driver up up, repaired and buried 1” lateral line leak on zone 6, cleaned up couple of clogged nozzles, adjusted spray heads and rotary heads to water in right direction, checked and adjusted entire system with 10 stations.
Replaced controller that was provided per customer, turned water meter back on, located and replaced two 1” valves on zones 3 and 4 that were stuck on, found pieces of DCA inside both valves, customer was not home to approve further repairs, changed out one clogged nozzle on zone 1, checked and adjusted entire system with 4 stations.
Checked water meter for water usage, no leaks observed on sprinkler main line, although there’s a small leak on house line, customer need to call a plumber to locate and repair house line leak, tested system, wet area in backyard is on pool lines and or pool wall, replaced two spray heads that were not popping up/wrong type, adjusted with proper height and nozzle, cleaned up couple of clogged nozzles, adjusted spray heads to water in right direction, checked and adjusted entire system with 9 stations.
Tested system, dug up, repaired and buried 3/4” lateral line leak on zone 4 by driveway, installed spray head on flexible pipe to avoid future damage per cars running over spray head, replaced 8 spray heads that were broken/leaking/missing/not working, adjusted with proper height and nozzle, turned station 6 off due leak under tree in backyard need to reschedule with more time to reroute line around tree in backyard, checked and adjusted 5 working stations.
Tested system, dug up, repaired and buried 1/2” lateral line leak on zone 1 by driveway, installed spray head on flexible pipe to avoid future damage per cars running over spray head, replaced 5 spray heads and 6 rotary heads that were broken/not working/leaking, adjusted with proper height and nozzle, cleaned up couple of clogged nozzles, adjusted spray heads and rotary heads to water in right direction, checked and adjusted entire system with 8 stations.

Located and repaired cut wire to zone 3 that was damage when new internet cable was install, tested system, cleaned up couple of clogged nozzles, adjusted spray heads to water in right direction, checked and adjusted entire system with 6 stations.
Replaced 1” valve on zone 5 that was leaking constantly had to cut main line to be able to repair leaking valve under warranty.

Rebuilt 1” valve on zone 9 that was shorted out and not coming on, tested system, replaced 3 broken heads, adjusted with proper height and nozzle, rebuilt 1” valve on zone 4 that got stuck on while testing system, changed out one nozzle on zone 10 to avoid water on back patio, checked and adjusted entire system with 11 stations.
Customer had a leak in the back. Leak was due to bent pipe underground. Fixed pipe segment up to fittings. Waited for glue to settle before testing. Checked system before handoff.
Customer wanted checkup of system. Stations 2 and 3 are overall muddy. Overwatering likely. Configured controller for half the time between zones at two starting times. One head was too low. Raised head. One ESP module was bad at the controller for stations 11-13. Replaced module. Checked system before handoff.
Located and replaced 1” valve on zone 3 that was not coming on, located and repaired cut wires to zones 5 and 10 using add-a-zone devices connected to zones 2 and 4, replaced missing valve box lid for valves on zones 2 and 10, replaced broken head on zone 1, stations 8 and 9 are capped off, checked entire system with 8 working stations.
