Tested system, changed out two broken nozzles, found that controller was set to water to little, set controller for proper watering schedule and following current watering restrictions, adjusted spray heads to water in right direction, reconnected drip line leak on zone 11, checked and adjusted entire system with 11 stations.
Replaced 1 1/2” master valve that was seeping constantly and could have cause an increment in water bill, master valve might have been damage when replacing DCA, tested system, cleaned up couple of clogged nozzles, adjusted spray heads and rotary heads to water in right direction, checked and adjusted entire system with 14 working stations.
Customer called to replace controller and check system. Replaced hunter controller for Rain Bird controller, 8 station controller with WiFi. Checked system before handoff.
Customer had issue with valve. Rachio responds to all other valves fine, tested system with customer to confirm proper function of valves. Master valve had a short on solenoid. Ordered PGA100 from SiteOne, went to pick it up, and returned to site to finish up replacing internals,
Customer had two valves open. Both station valves. Uncovered and replaced internals on both. Fixed leak on drip zone by driveway. Tested system before handoff. Wanted estimate to repair master valve.

Customer wanted WiFi adapter. Installed WiFi adapter. Left instructions with person at home. Charging time plus parts.
Customer has multiple issues in her system. Six stuck open valves. Mapped out all valves with 521 locator and replaced most valves. Still have two valves that need to be replaced, pausing appointment and collecting from customer. Need a follow-up appointment to finish up work.
Tested system, repaired several drip line leaks on zones 1, 2 and 8, replaced one broken head, adjusted with proper height and nozzle, checked entire system with 8 stations.
I cannot say enough fantastic things about American Sprinkler Repair. They are highly professional, go out of their way to help and Charles was absolutely fantastic. I had used American Sprinkler in the past and keep their number handy. This spring I had 3 zones that were non functional and finally had an issue where a forth zone would not shut off. My yard was flooding and I was unable to shut things off. Although they were booked two weeks out, Britany went out of her way to secure another service to help me out. Charles came out and fixed my main problem and we planned a second appointment to address the 3 non functional zones. I was very worried about what was the issue. After much hard work in the high heat and hummidity he was able to diagnose my problem and get things back up and running. He did a great job cleaning up and getting things back together. I could not be happier. Absolutely go with the folks at American -- they are fantastic! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
Customer follow-up. Chased lines down to connect from one place to another on 3 stations. After chasing lines, determined the valves were defective and replaced valves. Cut valves and replaced for Rain Bird commercial and hv valves. Checked system before handoff.
