Checked water meter for water usage, no leaks observed on sprinkler main line nor house line, water accumulating in backyard is due clogged drain pipe, customer need to call a plumber and/or landscape to cleaned it up and possibly extend it to back fence, replaced and lowered down one spray head on zone 5 to avoid future damage per lawn guys, repaired leaking poly nipple on zone 1, changed out 3 nozzles on zones 1, 2 and 3 for better coverage of new grass, cleaned up couple of clogged nozzles, checked and adjusted entire system with 6 stations.

Checked water meter for water usage, water meter shows a extremely small leak on house line, I believe small leak is at tie in, exposed DCA no leaks observed around DCA, customer need to call a plumber to have leak repair, replaced one spray head in frontyard that was broken, spray head was provided per customer, did not check system per customer.

Repaired 1” main line leak that was damage when taking tree out, checked only stations in backyard per customer.

Tested system, replaced broken micro spray outlet on zone 4, added micro spray head on same station, changed out two nozzles for proper coverage, checked and adjusted entire system with 9 stations.

Tested system, dug up, repaired and buried 1/2” lateral line leaks on zones 3, 4 and 6, replaced 12 spray heads that were damage per aerating machine, zone 11 is not connected to controller, customer did not want to repair at this time, checked and adjusted entire system with 10 working stations.

Repaired cut wire to zone 14 using an add a zone device connected to zone 13, replaced one broken rotary head on zone 14, adjusted spray heads and rotary heads to water in right direction, checked entire system with 18 stations.

Tested system, dug up, repaired and buried 3/4” lateral line leak on zone 1, replaced 9 spray heads that were broken, adjusted with proper height and nozzle,

Replaced faulty controller, set controller according old controller, tested system, replaced two broken heads, adjusted with proper height and nozzle, changed out two clogged nozzles, checked and adjusted entire system with 12 stations.

Rebuilt 1” valve on zone 2 that was taking long time to shut off, replaced one broken head on zone 4, checked stations 1-4 per customer.

Tested system, replaced 8 spray heads that were broken/sticking up, adjusted with proper height and nozzle, cleaned up couple of clogged nozzles, checked and adjusted entire system with 5 stations.

Tested system, replaced 9 spray heads that were not working/not popping up, cleaned up couple of clogged nozzles, adjusted spray heads to water in right direction, checked and adjusted entire system with 5 stations.

Moved one spray head in backyard for better coverage, lowered down one spray head in backyard behind pool to avoid future damage per lawn guys, replaced one spray head in frontyard that was leaking badly when on, adjusted with proper height and nozzle, cleaned up one nozzle by driveway, adjusted spray heads to water in right direction, checked and adjusted entire system with 6 stations.

Tested system, replaced 1 spray head and 6 rotary heads that were not working/leaking badly when on, adjusted with proper height and nozzle, capped off two spray heads on zone 1 per customer request, replaced battery on rain sensor, checked operation of the same, adjusted spray heads and rotary heads to water in right direction, checked and adjusted entire system with 9 stations.

Evaluated system Repairs needed as follow Zone 1.- need to add one spray head for better coverage near mailbox, need to replace 5 spray heads due they’re leaking/not working Zone 2.- need to replace one spray head that is not popping up Zone 3.- need to replaced one spray head that is missing and 3 more that are not working correctly Zone 4.- have a lateral line leak between tree roots along Bershire Dr. and 6 spray heads need to be replaced due not working/wrong type of head Zone 5.- have a broken head a need to be replace Zone 6.- have a cut wire and is not coming on Zone 7.- have a lateral line leak between wooden deck and fence also have a broken head by driveway, valve need to be replace as well due valve got stuck on during testing of stations. There’s two valve in backyard that are leaking constantly and they need to be replace(possibly zone 6 and zone 7) Turned station 6 manually and also need to add two spray heads for better coverage of backyard and two more heads are leaking

Running a new multi conductor wire to 5 valves with a connection box outside of the garage for easy access

Tested system, located and replaced 1” valve on zone 5 that was seeping constantly causing a wet spot in lawn and could have cause an increment in water bill, added two spray heads in front entry for better coverage in flower beds, replaced 9 rotary heads and 6 spray heads that were not turning/wrong type/not working, adjusted with proper height and nozzle, cleaned up couple of clogged nozzles, adjusted spray heads and rotary heads to water in right direction, checked and adjusted entire system with 25 stations.
