Replacing this rain bird master valve,you can see the diaphragm is rotten and failing for sure !
Tested system, replaced 7 spray heads that were leaking/sticking up/broken, adjusted with proper height and nozzle, replaced missing valve box lid on left side of property, adjusted spray heads to water in right direction, cleaned up couple of clogged nozzles, reset controller for spring season, checked and adjusted entire system with 10 stations.
Rebuilt 1” valve on left side of property close to fence that was leaking constantly causing a wet spot and could have cause an increment in water bill, replaced one broken head on zone 1, adjusted with proper height and nozzle.
Dug up, repaired and buried 1” lateral line leak on zone 2 under warranty.
Dug up, repaired and buried 3/4” lateral line leak on zone 12 that was damage per lighting strike, replaced two 1” valves on zones 11 and 14 that were damaged per lighting strike, replaced burned out module on controller that was damaged also per lighting strike, checked entire system with 14 stations, making sure that no more damage was cause per lightning strike.
Tested system, replaced one broken head, adjusted with proper height and nozzle, capped off 3 spray heads on right side of the house per customer request.
Replaced bad module on rain bird controller for stations 8, 9 and 10, tested stations 8, 9 and 10, dug up, repaired and buried 1/2” lateral line leak on zone 8, checked only stations 8, 9 and 10 per customer.
Turned water meter back on, water meter was off due main line leak on sprinkler system, shut DCA off.

Located and exposed all 6 valves, raised up all valve boxes including DCA box, added isolated ball valve to ease turn sprinkler water on and off, dug up, replaced and buried 1” valve on zone 2 that was leaking constantly causing a wet spot in flower bed and could have cause an increment in water bill, valve was between tree roots, tested system, adjusted spray heads to water in right direction, installed WiFi controller provided per customer, customer need to connect controller to his internet and set it up on his phone, checked and adjusted entire system with 6 stations.
