Checked water meter for water usage, no leaks observed on sprinkler main line nor house line, dug up wet area, no leaks observed in such area, water might be collecting inside valve box and slowly draining out, tested system, dug up, repaired and buried 1/2” lateral line leaks on zones 7 and 9, replaced 5 spray heads and 1 rotary heads that were broken/not working/not popping up/sticking up/leaking, adjusted with proper height and nozzle, adjusted spray heads and rotary heads to water in right direction, cleaned up couple of clogged nozzles, checked and adjusted entire system with 12 stations.
Tested system, cleaned up couple of clogged nozzles, adjusted spray heads and rotary heads to water in right direction, straightened up two rotary heads on zone 3 for proper coverage, set controller for proper watering schedule, checked and adjusted entire system with 4 stations.

Located and repaired cut wires to zones 6 and 7, located and replaced 1” valve on zone 1 that was not coming on, dug up, repaired and buried 1/2” lateral line leak on zone 7, installed spray head on flexible pipe to avoid future damage to head per cars running over heads, replaced missing rain sensor, cleaned up couple of clogged nozzles, adjusted spray heads to water in right direction, replace one broken head on zone 7, adjusted with proper height and nozzle, set controller for proper watering schedule, checked and adjusted entire system with 7 stations.

We added a Pergola out back a couple of years ago and unbeknownst to me, didn’t realize they hit/cracked one of the lines. I had that zone shut off for almost 2 years now. Eric was able to locate and dig out the leak—which was a nailbiter for me because initially looked like a T-connection buried/surrounded in concrete, thank goodness it was a 45° turn instead. He was also able to replace and raise several of the yard Rainbird heads in no time and now they’re all spraying normally again. We have an older home repairs are always touch and go.
