Repaired cut wire to master valve, replaced two spray heads on zone 1 for better coverage of front yard, checked and adjusted entire system.

Tested stations 1, 2, 3, 4 and 10, changed out couple of nozzles to avoid water on house walls, adjusted spray heads and rotary heads to avoid water on house walls as well, checked and adjusted stations 1, 2, 3, 4 and 10 per customer request.

Dug up, repaired and buried 1” main line leak in backyard that was leaking constantly causing a wet spot in lawn and could have cause an increment in water bill, tested system, replaced 8 spray heads and 3 rotary heads that were broken/not working/leaking, adjusted with proper height and nozzle, adjusted spray heads to water in right direction, cleaned up couple of clogged nozzles, checked and adjusted entire system with 11 stations.

Replaced 1” master valve that was leaking constantly causing a wet spot in front yard and could have cause an increment in water bill, checked water meter for water usage after repairs were made, no leaks observed on sprinkler main line nor house line.

Replaced two spray heads that were damage per lawn guys, moved the a few inches away from driveway to avoid future damage per lawn guys, checked only station 12.

Checking this older rain bird controller for operation,it hasn’t ran a program in 10 years

Replacing rain bird spray heads and using mp rotator nozzles for optimal coverage of this layout on a rain bird system

Tested system, cleaned up couple of clogged nozzles, adjusted spray heads to water in right direction, checked and adjusted entire system with 6 stations.

Replaced one broken head on zone 4, adjusted with proper height and nozzle.

One of the pitcocks is leaking on this above ground backflow device,it’s just slightly open,the leak stopped after closing it all the way

Tested system, rebuilt 1” master valve that was not coming on, replaced one broken head on zone 1, adjusted with proper height and nozzle, dug up, repaired and buried 3/4” lateral line leak on zone 5, added one rotary head on zone 5 for better coverage, adjusted spray heads to water in right direction, checked and adjusted entire system with 6 stations.

Turned sprinkler water back on, repaired 1” main line leak at PVB, tested system, dug up, repaired and buried 1” lateral line leak on zone 2 that was making low pressure on same station and could have cause an increment in water bill, replaced one broken head on zone 5, cleaned up couple of clogged nozzles, adjusted spray heads to water in right direction, checked and adjusted entire system with 5 stations.

Replaced faulty controller, customer need to connect new controller to WiFi, tested system, dug up, repaired and buried 1” lateral line leak on zones 27, replaced couple of broken heads, adjusted with proper height and nozzle, checked and adjusted entire system with 33 stations.

Replaced valve

Replaced 1” valve on zone 6 at second controller that was stuck on, replaced 3 spray heads that were not working.

Locating a valve with an add a zone that has failed for zones1 and 2 roots and landscaping made it a little difficult to find

Replacing a Hunter valve

Replaced 1” valve on zone 10 that was seeping constantly causing a wet spot in lawn and could have cause an increment in water bill.

Tested system, repaired drip line leaks on zone 3, moved one spray head on zone 4 for proper coverage, replaced 7 spray heads that were broken/not popping up/not working, adjusted with proper height and nozzle, cleaned up couple of clogged nozzles, adjusted spray heads to water in right direction, checked and adjusted entire system with 8 stations.

Replaced 1” valve on zone 6 for first controller that was stuck on, tested system, no other valves got stuck while performing test, advised customer to replaced all valve in first controller due all of them are probably the same age and they might fail in near future.

Tested system, dug up, repaired and buried 1/2” lateral line leak on zone 1, replaced missing head on zone 2, raised up and replaced two spray heads on zone 4 for proper coverage, turned off 4 spray heads on zone 4 per customer request, adjusted spray heads to water in right direction, cleaned up couple of clogged nozzles, checked and adjusted entire system with 4 stations.
