Checked water meter for water usage, no leaks observed on sprinkler main line nor house line between garage and water meter, although there’s a small leak inside house, standing water inside DCA box might be just saturation of the ground and slowly seeping, no reason to believe that DCA is leaking.

Tested system, replaced 1” valve on zone 1 that was stuck on, capped off 4 spray heads per customer request, replaced 3 spray heads that were leaking badly when on, adjusted with proper height and nozzle, replaced battery on controller that was provided per customer, cleaned up several clogged nozzles, set controller according customer directions, adjusted spray heads to water in right direction, checked and adjusted entire system with 5 stations.

Moved 1” valve on zone 3 due lateral line under tree and valve was under huge tree root, reconnected station 3 lateral lines way from tree roots as well, turned station 3 back on at controller, tested system, adjusted spray heads to water in right direction, checked and adjusted entire system with 7 stations.

I am so impressed with Eric Martinez. He is extremely knowledgeable and conscientious. Our front perimeter sprinklers were not putting out enough water to cover the intended area. I thought it might be that the sprinkler heads needed replacing. Eric assured me that he could replace the sprinkler heads if needed but wanted to check other possibilities first. He used his sprinkler valve detector to locate the valve which was not visible. After digging down to the valve, he checked it out and discovered that the valve was not working correctly causing low water pressure. He replaced the valve and turned on the sprinklers making sure they sprayed out and covered the intended areas. He did all this in less than an hour. I highly recommend Eric Martinez and will definitely ask for him if we need any other sprinkler repairs. GOOD JOB ERIC !!!
