Repairing a mainline leak for a commercial property

Located and replaced faulty add a zone device and valve on zone 14 that was shorted out, checked entire system with 14 stations.

Dug up, repaired and buried 1/2” lateral line leak on zone 1 in front yard, uncapped two spray heads on zone 3 for better coverage of new landscape inside courtyard, replaced 6 spray heads for proper coverage on zone 3 and 4 and to avoid water on fence/windows/house as less as possible, capped off one spray head on zone 4, checked and adjusted entire system with 4 stations.

Tested system, replaced 5 rotary heads that were not turning/leaking badly when on, adjusted with proper height and nozzle, cleaned up couple of clogged nozzles, adjusted spray heads and rotary heads to water in right direction, checked and adjusted entire system with 6 stations.

Dug up, repaired and buried 3/4” lateral line leak on zone 1 that was damage per big truck running over grass, checked entire system with 3 stations.

Tested system, dug up, repaired and buried 1/2” lateral line leaks on zones 1 and 5, replaced two spray heads that were broken/leaking, adjusted with proper height and nozzle, changed out couple of clogged nozzles for proper coverage, adjusted spray heads to water in right direction, checked and adjusted entire system with 6 stations.

Tested system, changed out 9 nozzles to avoid water on fence and house as less as possible, checked and adjusted entire system with 4 stations.

Tested system, repaired bad wire connection to zone 5, dug up, repaired and buried 3/4” lateral line leak on zone 6 in back yard that was damage when trimming trees in backyard, replaced missing micro spray head on zone 3, checked and adjusted entire system with 8 stations.

Tested system, repaired drip line leaks in front and back, advised customer to run drip stations for longer times, replaced 4 spray heads that were leaking badly when on, adjusted with proper height and nozzle, capped off one spray head that was no longer needed, cleaned up couple of clogged nozzles, changed out two nozzles for better coverage, checked and adjusted entire system.

Tested stations, all stations show good, controller is working fine, tried to primed pump, I just saw bubbles coming from the creek, customer need to call a different company to troubleshoot booster pump.

Tested system, customer replaced two spray heads prior to arrival that look that were chewed up per squirrels, replaced one broken micro spray head adapter on zone 1, advised customer to change start times to early morning to avoid future damage per squirrels, checked and adjusted entire system with 6 stations.

Tested system, dug up, repaired and buried 1/2” lateral line leak on zone 6, changed out 6 nozzles that were spraying too much water in front windows, adjusted for proper watering, replaced one spray head on zone 5 that was not popping up, adjusted with proper height and nozzle, cleaned up couple of nozzles, adjusted spray heads to water in right direction, checked and adjusted entire system with 8 stations.

Tested system, replaced 3 broken heads, adjusted with proper height and nozzle, repaired drip line leak on zone 11, checked and adjusted entire system with 14 stations.

Replaced 1” valve on zone 1 that was stuck on, repaired bad wire connection at valve on zone 3, set controller according customer directions, checked and adjusted entire system with 3 stations.

Checked water meter for water usage, no leaks observed on sprinkler main line, although there’s a small house line leak, customer need to call a plumber to locate and repair house line leak.

Tested system, dug up, repaired and buried 3/4” lateral line leak on zone 1, added micro spray heads in small flower bed in backyard, changed out 4 nozzles for better coverage, checked and adjusted entire system with 4 stations.

Repaired 3/4” lateral line leak in front of pool fill valve

Tested system, located and repaired cut wires to zones 8 and 9, replaced 4 rotary heads and 2 spray heads that were leaking/not turning, adjusted with proper height and nozzle, adjusted rotary heads to water in right direction, checked rain sensor manually, sensor working manually, cleaned up couple of clogged nozzles, brown spots in front might be cause per lawn fungus, everything is getting water, checked and adjusted entire system with 9 stations.

Replaced on spray head on zone 2, moved same spray head away from sidewalk to avoid future damage per lawn guys, checked and adjusted entire system with 4 stations.

Tested system, replaced 18 spray heads that were chewed up per squirrels, adjusted with proper height and nozzle, adjusted timing on station for season, adjusted spray heads to water in right direction, cleaned up couple of clogged nozzles, checked and adjusted entire system with 6 stations.

Replaced 1” valve on zone 1 that was seeping constantly causing wet spot in courtyard and could have cause an increment in water bill, rerouted lateral line on zone 3 due leak by retaining wall, turned on station 3 back on controller, checked and adjusted entire system with 4 stations.

Tested system, replaced damaged controller, set controller according old controller settings, located and repaired cut wire to zone 5, added one spray head on zone 1 for better coverage, replaced one spray head on zone 2, adjusted with proper height and nozzle, cleaned up couple of clogged nozzles, adjusted spray heads to water in right direction, checked and adjusted entire system with 10 stations.
