Dug up, repaired and buried 1” lateral line leak in zone that waters parkway on north west side of property between tree roots and could have cause an increment in water bill.

Rebuilt 1” valve on zone 10 that was leaking constantly causing a wet spot in lawn and could have cause an increment in water bill, found nothing wrong with station 1 everything working as per design, checked and adjusted entire system with 10 working stations.

Checked water meter for water usage, no leaks observed on sprinkler main line nor house line, reason why main shut off valve box was filling might be due drain ball valve was a little bit on and leaking, checked operation of shut off valve and drain valve, everything working as per design.

Customer called over a suspected leak caused by utility. Fixed leak. Leak on station 6 drip. Fixed leak. Tested system before handoff.

Tested system, located and replaced 3 1” valves on zones 8, 10 and 13 that were shorted out and not coming on, replaced one rotary heads and 2 spray heads that were broken, adjusted with proper height and nozzle, checked and adjusted entire system with 19 stations.

Dug up, repaired and buried 1” main line leak in backyard that was leaking constantly causing a wet spot in lawn and could have cause an increment in water bill, cleaned up two heads on zone 6, reset time and date at controller.

Dug up, repaired and buried 1” main line leak by flower bed that was leaking constantly causing a wet spot in lawn and could have cause an increment in water bill, tested system, adjusted spray heads to water in right direction, checked and adjusted entire system with 8 stations.

Turned sprinkler water back on, tested system, dug up, repaired and buried drip line leak on zone 3 in front parkway, adjusted spray heads and rotary heads to water in right direction, explained to customer that PVB will squirt some water out when turning sprinkler water back on, especially after winter, checked and adjusted entire system with 8 stations.

Customer had broken head on station 4 and broken nozzles due to heads getting stuck. Replaced heads and nozzles and checked system.

Customer wanted a check up on the system. Replaced 4 heads. Adjusted nozzles. Fixed drip line leak on station 2. Checked system before handoff.

Rebuilt 1” master valve that was stuck on, repaired cut wires to master valve, replaced one broken head on zone 7.

Replaced damaged DCA, checked operation of the same, dug up, replaced and buried four 1” valves that were leaking constantly causing wet spots in lawn and could have cause an increment in water bill.

Replaced 4 spray heads that were sticking up, checked only stations 2 and 6 per customer.

Located and replaced 1” valve on zone 3 that was not coming on, tested system, marked couple of heads that customer will replace himself, checked entire system with 17 working stations.

Located and replaced 1” valve on zone 10 that was coming on randomly, located and exposed valve on zone 11, customer will call back if station 11 stops working automatically.

Rebuilt 1” valve on zone 8 that was not coming on, raised up one spray head on zone 5 per customer request, capped off two spray heads that were not working longer needed, replaced one broken head on zone 5, straightened up one spray head on zone 5, checked and adjusted entire system with 7 working stations.

Tested system, replaced frozen PVB, checked operation of the same, added isolated shutoff valve and auto drain valves for proper winterization, rebuilt 1” master valve that was leaking when on, dug up, repaired and buried several drip line leaks on zone 2 in front parkway, replaced 7 spray heads that were broken/wrong type/leaking, adjusted with proper height and nozzle, cleaned up couple of clogged nozzles, adjusted spray heads to water in right direction, set controller for proper watering schedule, checked and adjusted entire system with 8 stations.

Dug up, repaired and buried 1” and 1/2” main line and lateral line leaks, respectively, that were damage when installing tree post, advised customer when they ready to take off stakes they have to dig them up to avoid damage to lines next to posts.

Repaired 1/2” lateral line leak on zone 2 in backyard using parts that customer provided, tested system, cleaned up couple of clogged nozzle, adjusted spray heads to water in right direction, checked and adjusted entire system with 4 stations.

Located and replace 1” valve on zone 8 that was stuck on, advised customer to leave sprinkler water off for 24 hours to let glue to fully cure, dug up, repaired and buried 1/2” lateral line leak by driveway, installed rotary head on flexible pipe to avoid future damage per cars running over head.

Replaced faulty relief valve on booster pump that was seeping constantly causing a wet spot in lawn and could have cause an increment in water bill, checked and adjusted entire system with 24 stations.

Located and replaced 1” valve on zone 9 that was not coming on, located and repaired cut wire to zone 10 using spare wire at controller, added one spray head and two tree bubblers on zone 9 for better coverage of backyard
