Replaced 1” valves on zones 3 and 4 that were leaking constantly causing a wet spot in front yard near tree and could have cause an increment in water bill, tested system, cleaned up couple of clogged nozzles, adjusted spray heads to water in right direction, checked and adjusted entire system with 6 stations.

Tested system, disconnected rain sensor per customer request, replaced 4 spray heads that were leaking/not working/no popping up, adjusted with proper height and nozzle, dug up, repaired and buried drip line leak on zone 2, cleaned up couple of clogged nozzles, adjusted spray heads to water in right direction, did not replace sticking up heads per customer, advised customer to move firewood rack due one spray head is underneath it, checked and adjusted entire system.

Tested system, replaced two broken heads on zone 4, adjusted with proper height and nozzle, changed out one clogged nozzle on zone 3, adjusted spray heads to water in right direction, checked and adjusted entire system with 6 stations.

Tested system, dug up, repaired and buried 1/2” lateral line leak between tree roots by left side of property between trees, replaced 5 spray heads for taller heads for better coverage of lawn, adjusted with proper height and nozzle, cleaned up couple of clogged nozzles, adjusted spray heads to water in right direction, checked and adjusted entire system.

Tested system, replaced 3 spray heads that were broken/leaking, adjusted with proper height and nozzle, did not replace sticking up heads per customer request, cleaned up couple of clogged nozzles, adjusted spray heads to water in right direction, checked and adjusted entire system with 5 stations.

Repaired 1/2” lateral line leak by driveway that was previously dug up per customer, installed spray head on flexible pipe to avoid future damage per cars running over spray head.

Replaced two broken heads on zone 4 that were damage per landscape crew, adjusted with proper height and nozzle, cleaned up couple of clogged nozzles on same station, checked and adjusted station 4 per customer request.

Adding a valve box to grade

Located and repaired cut wires to zone 6, replaced/lowered down/straightened up/raised up 24 spray heads that were broken/leaking, adjusted with proper height and nozzle, and to keep water close to foundation as much as possible, capped off 4 spray heads on zone 6 per customer request, cleaned up couple of clogged nozzles, adjusted spray heads to water in right direction, checked and adjusted entire system with 6 stations.

Replaced faulty controller, set controller for proper watering schedule, installed new rain sensor close to controller to avoid interference on rain sensor signal, tested system, split up stations 4 and 6 that were coming on together, cleaned up couple of clogged nozzles, adjusted spray heads and rotary heads to water in right direction, checked and adjusted entire system with 8 stations.

Tested system, replaced faulty module on rain bird controller for stations 8, 9 and 10, advised customer if modules continue to fail controller will need to be replace, replaced 3 rotary heads that were not working and to avoid water on back fence as less as possible, adjusted rotary heads on zone 11 to avoid water on fence as less as possible without sacrificing coverage, adjusted spray heads and rotary heads to water in right direction, checked and adjusted entire system with 12 stations.
