Tested system, dug up, repaired and buried 1/2” lateral line leaks and drip line leaks on zones 1, 4 and 14, installed spray head on flexible pipe next to driveway on zone 4 to avoid future damage per cars running over head, replaced 5 spray heads that were broken/not working, most of spray heads were damage per lawn guys, adjusted with proper height and nozzle, adjusted tree bubblers on zone 9 to avoid overwatering, adjusted spray heads and rotary heads to water in right direction, checked and adjusted entire system with 14 stations.
Tested system, dug up, repaired and buried 1/2” lateral line leak on zone 1, replaced 3 rotary heads and 5 spray heads that were broken/not popping up/not working/leaking, adjusted with proper height and nozzle, adjusted spray heads and rotary heads to water in right direction, cleaned up couple of clogged nozzles, checked and adjusted entire system with 7 working stations, all stations working as per design.
Rebuilt 1” valve on zone 5 that was damage per debris left inside main line when repairing broken pipe in front yard, tested system, replaced one broken head, cleaned up couple of clogged nozzles, adjusted spray heads to water in right direction, checked and adjusted entire system system with 5 stations.
Rebuilt 1” valve in front yard that was leaking constantly causing a wet spot in lawn and could have cause an increment in water bill
Tested system, found nothing wrong with wiring, valves and controller, customer will keep an eye on it to see if the issue shows up again, cleaned up couple of clogged nozzles, adjusted spray heads to water in right direction, set controller according customer directions, checked and adjusted entire system with 6 stations.
Tested stations 4 and 6, replaced 6 spray heads that were not popping all the way up/not working correctly, adjusted with proper height and nozzle and to increase coverage in backyard as much as possible, changed out one nozzle to increase coverage as well, checked and adjusted stations 4 and 6 per customer.
Checked water meter for water usage, no leaks observed on sprinkler main line, although there’s a extremely small leak on house line near front entrance of house, customer need to call a plumber to locate and repair house line leak, replaced 1” valve on zone 9 that was not coming on, repaired cut wire to zone 4 using an add-a-zone device connected to zone 5, repaired 1” and 1/2” lateral line leaks on zones 9 and 6 respectively, cleaned up couple of clogged nozzles, checked and adjusted entire system with 9 stations.
Tested system, repaired drip line leaks on zones 1 and 4, replaced two spray heads on zone 5 to increase coverage of back flower beds, adjusted spray heads to water in right direction, checked and adjusted entire system with 5 stations.
Turned house water back on, dug up, repaired and buried 1” main line leaks on in front yard that was leaking constantly causing a wet spot in lawn and could have cause an increment in water bill, added tree bubbler on zone 3 per customer request, checked and adjusted entire system with 5 stations.
Replaced one broken head in front yard, adjusted with proper height and nozzle, straightened up one spray head in front yard, cleaned up couple of clogged nozzles, checked and adjusted stations in front yard.
Tested system, dug up, repaired and buried 1” and 3/4” lateral line leaks on zones 1 and 2 that were damage per plumbers when replacing sewer line, repaired several micro spray heads that were not working, changed out two clogged nozzles, adjusted spray heads to water in right direction, checked and adjusted entire system with 4 stations.
Checked water meter for water usage, no leaks observed on sprinkler main line, although there’s a extremely small leak on house line that appears to be coming out in the middle of driveway, turned DCA off to see if it dries out, customer will turn it back on after a week.
Replaced one broken head on zone 5, checked and adjusted entire system with 5 stations.
Located and repaired bad wire connections to valves 3, 5 and 6, ran new wire outside garage wall and install conduit to avoid future damage per lawn guys, checked all 7 stations.
Dug up, repaired and buried 1” lateral line leak on zone 3, reinstalled one spray head on zone 3 that was taking out when city was working on house line, changed out two clogged nozzles on zone 3, turned station 3 back on at controller, checked and adjusted station 3 only.
Tested system, found that system had low pressure on all stations, turned water meter all the way on, retest system, cleaned up one spray head on zone 4 that was not popping up, adjusted one spray head on zone 7 for proper coverage, replaced broken head on zone 6, adjusted with proper height and nozzle, checked and adjusted entire system with 7 stations.
Dug up, repaired and buried 1” main line leak in backyard that was leaking constantly causing a wet spot in lawn and could have cause an increment in water bill, had to cut valves next to it to be able to repair leak, tested system, cleaned outlet of clogged nozzles, adjusted spray heads to water in right direction
Replaced two spray heads that were damage per lawn mower, adjusted with proper height and nozzle, checked and adjusted entire system with 4 stations.

Capped off one broken head in backyard per customer request.
