Tested system, dug up, repaired and buried several 1/2” lateral line leaks on zones 2, 3, 4 and 7, replaced two spray heads on zone 4 that were leaking when on, cleaned up couple of clogged nozzles, checked and adjusted entire system with 9 stations.

Tested system, replaced one spray head on zone 3 that was leaking, adjusted with proper height and nozzle, straightened up one spray head on zone 3, screwed back in one spray head on zone 4 in backyard, wet area in front yard might be due is a low spot, no leaks observed on sprinkler main line nor station 2, changed out one nozzle on zone 5 for better coverage of front yard (right side), adjusted spray heads to water in right direction, checked and adjusted entire system with 6 stations.

Tested system, replaced 1” valve on zone 8 that was not coming on, replaced two missing valve box lids, cleaned up couple of clogged nozzles, adjusted spray heads to water in right direction, checked and adjusted entire system with 11 working stations.

Tested system, replaced one broken head on zone 3, adjusted with proper height and nozzle, cleaned up couple of clogged nozzles, capped off 3 tree bubblers on zone 2 per customer request, adjusted spray heads to water in right direction, checked and adjusted entire system with 3 stations.

Replaced 3 broken heads that were damage per lawn guys, adjusted with proper height and nozzle, attempted to locate main line leak, not able to determine where the leak is due water hasn’t show up yet, could not read water meter due is on angle and cannot see if it shows any leaks, advised customer to call a leak detection company to located and marked leak.

Located and repaired cut wires to zones 1 and 2, installed missing valve box on zone 3, tested system, replaced one broken head on zone 2, checked and adjusted entire system with 5 stations.

Evaluated controller, found nothing wrong with controller, tested system, changed out one nozzle on zone 1 for better coverage, replaced one spray head on zone 3 that was not popping up, adjusted with proper height and nozzle, customer will keep an eye on controller, checked and adjusted entire system with 3 stations.

Tested system, replaced 17 spray heads that were broken/not popping up/leaking/missing, adjusted with proper height and nozzle, cleaned up couple of clogged nozzles, adjusted spray heads to water in right direction, set controller for season and following current watering restrictions, checked and adjusted entire system with 8 stations.

Tested system, replaced 7 rotary heads that were broken/leaking, adjusted with proper height and nozzle, adjusted spray heads and rotary heads to water in right direction, replaced battery on rain sensor, checked operation of the same, manually, checked and adjusted entire system with 9 stations.

Dug up, repaired and buried 1” main line leak in backyard that was leaking constantly causing water running down alley and could have cause an increment in water bill, tested system, replaced 1 broken head on zone 3, adjusted with proper height and nozzle, checked and adjusted entire system with 5 stations.

Tested system, rebuilt 1” valves on zone 2 that was not coming on, replaced one spray head on zone 2 that was not popping up, capped off 3 spray heads on zone 5 per customer request, adjusted spray heads to water in right direction, pressure on all stations seems low, advised customer to call city and have them check water meter, if city does not find anything wrong with water meter, I advised to change all spray heads to low pressure heads to increase coverage, quoted between $1600 and $1800, customer will call back, checked and adjusted entire system with 5 stations.

Tested system, replaced 3 broken heads on zones 2, 6 and 9, adjusted with proper height and nozzle, cleaned up couple of clogged nozzles, checked and adjusted entire system with 11 stations.

Tested system, replaced two spray heads on zone 7 that were wrong type of head and were recently replaced by city crew, adjusted with proper height and nozzle, cleaned up couple of clogged nozzles, adjusted spray heads to water in right direction, checked and adjusted entire system with 10 stations.

Cutting my way to a 3/4” t fitting for a rain bird spray head replacement

Replaced 1 spray heads at northeast part of property that was ran over by cars, installed spray head on flexible pipe to avoid future damage per cars running overheads, changed out one nozzle by front door to avoid water on wall.

Replaced 1” valve on zone 1 that was leaking constantly causing a wet spot by driveway and could have cause an increment in water bill, checked water for leaks after repairs, no leaks observed on sprinkler main line nor house line.

Tested system, replaced one broken head on zone 4, adjusted with proper height and nozzle, dug up, repaired and buried 3/4” main line leak in backyard that was leaking constantly causing a wet spot in lawn and could have cause an increment in water bill, set controller for season, checked and adjusted entire system with 6 stations.
