Tested system, replaced 3 broken heads, adjusted with proper height and nozzle, raised up one spray head per customer request, changed out two nozzles for proper coverage, cleaned up couple of clogged nozzles, checked and adjusted entire system with 6 stations.

Tested system, replaced 9 spray heads that were broken/not popping up, adjusted with proper height and height and nozzle, adjusted spray heads to water in right direction, checked and adjusted entire system with 5 stations.

Turned DCA back on, dug up, repaired and buried 1” main line leak in front yard that was leaking constantly causing a wet spot in lawn and could have cause an increment in water bill, had to cut valve next to leak to be able to repair main line leak, checked water meter for water usage after repairs, no leaks observed on sprinkler main line nor house line.

Located and replaced 1” valve on zone 5 that was seeping constantly causing wet spots in backyard and could have cause an increment in water bill, reconnected station 5 back to controller that was disconnected at valve on zone 1

Ran temporary wire in backyard due new concrete project in backyard, only stations 1, 3, 9 and part of 2 are getting water, rest of system is been capped off, need to reschedule for whole day once concrete is pour in to reinstall stations 4, 5 and 6 and reconnect main line.

Repaired damaged to system cause per frontier when installing new box and running new fiber optic cable.

Dug up, repaired and buried 1” main line leak behind valve on zone 4, had to cut valve to be able to repair leak due lack of space, tested system, replaced one broken head on zone 3, checked water meter for water usage after repairs, no leaks observed on sprinkler main line nor house line, checked and adjusted entire system with 8 stations.

Customer replaced RB controller for Rachio and did not place wiring properly. Fixed wiring but water was still not coming on drip line segment. Followed segment and found a break. Fixed break on drip line. Tested before handoff.

Tested system, replaced damaged controller, set controller according old controller settings, repaired 1” main line leak at RPZ, customer stated that they will replaced spray heads heads themselves, checked entire system with 13 stations.

Dug up, repaired and buried drip line leak on zone 4 that was damage when running new internet cable on left side of house.

Checked system. Valve stuck. Replaced valve. Head was broken. Replaced head and PVC underneath. Located master valve. Adjusted rotors.

Installed WiFi module on rain bird controller, tested system, changed out one clogged nozzle, need to reschedule to add one station in back flower bed, checked and adjusted entire system with 8 working stations.

Replaced 1” valve on zone 13 that was seeping constantly causing water running down sidewalk and could have cause an increment in water bill, tested system, replaced two spray heads and one rotary head that were broken/not working/leaking badly when on, adjusted with proper height and nozzle, changed out couple of clogged nozzles, adjusted spray heads and rotary heads to water in right direction, checked and adjusted entire system with 15 stations.

Tested system, dug up, repaired and buried drip line leak on zone 8 that was damage when pouring new concrete in backyard, changed out couple of nozzles for better coverage, raised up several spray heads that were too low, cleaned up couple of clogged nozzles, adjusted spray heads and rotary heads to water in right direction, turned off station 5 at controller due lateral line leak under new concrete, customer request an estimate to reroute lateral line on zone 5 around new concrete in backyard, checked and adjusted entire system with 7 working stations.

Replaced controller, controller carries 1 year warranty against parts and workmanship, set controller according old controller, checked entire system with 5 stations.

Replaced one broken head on zone 11, checked only station 11 per customer.

Checked water meter for water usage, no leaks observed on sprinkler main line nor house line, tested system, replaced 4 rotary heads and 8 spray heads that were leaking badly when on/not popping up/broken, adjusted with proper height and nozzle, cleaned up couple of clogged nozzles, adjusted spray heads and rotary heads to water in right direction, set controller for proper watering schedule, checked and adjusted entire system with 8 stations.

Tested system, moved one spray head on zone 5 for better coverage of front yard, replaced one spray head on zone 5 that was leaking badly when on, adjusted with proper height and nozzle, dug up, repaired and buried 12mm drip line leaks on zone 6, checked and adjusted entire system with 9 stations.

Tested system, located and replaced 1” valves on zones 5 and one of the valves connected on zone 11 that were showing error message on controller screen, cleaned up couple of clogged nozzles, adjusted spray heads to water in right direction, set controller for proper watering schedule and with current water restrictions, checked and adjusted entire system with 15 stations.

Replaced damaged controller due controller was open and water got inside controller, set controller for proper watering schedule and with current watering restrictions, rebuilt 1” master valve that was not coming on, tested system, dug up, repaired and buried lateral line leak on zone 4, replaced one broken head on zone 10, adjusted with proper height and nozzle, checked and adjusted entire system with 12 stations.
