American Sprinkler Repair is a full service lawn sprinkler repair company serving Lewisville, Texas.

Tested system, replaced 5 spray heads and 4 rotary heads that were broken/leaking, adjusted with proper height and nozzle, lowered down one spray head on zone 1, adjusted spray heads and rotary heads to water in right direction, checked and adjusted entire system with 6 stations.

Customer called for leaks. Broken heads on station 10 and station 1. Replaced heads and cleaned pipes since they broke due to pebbles in line. Tested zones before handoff.

Replaced 1” valve on zone 5 in backyard that was not coming all the way on, dug up, repaired and buried 1/2” lateral line leak on zone 5 by back fence, checked and adjusted zone 5.

Tested system, dug up, repaired and buried 1/2” lateral line leaks on zones 5 and 6, replaced 4 spray heads that were broken, adjusted with proper height and nozzle, added two micro spray heads on zone 1 for proper coverage of front flower pot, cleaned up couple of clogged nozzles, adjusted spray heads to water in right direction, checked and adjusted entire system with 15 stations.

Replaced 5 spray heads for 6” pop up heads per customer request.

Tested system, replaced one broken head in front yard, changed out one broken nozzle in backyard, cleaned up couple of clogged nozzles, adjusted spray heads to water in right direction, checked and adjusted entire system with 8 stations

Tested system, dug up, repaired and buried 3/4” lateral line leak on zone 4, installed spray head on flexible pipe to avoid future damage per cars running over spray head, screwed back in one spray head on zone 2 in side yard, adjusted spray heads and rotary heads to water in right direction, checked and adjusted entire system with 9 stations.

Repaired chewed up wires at master valve in front yard, checked all 7 stations making sure everything is coming on.

Evaluated system, found out that main line has been taken out and left DCA open causing dirt and debris to go inside DCA, we probably need to replace DCA and to find main line and reconnect main line that at this point might be full of dirt.

Replaced faulty controller, set controller for season, tested system, cleaned up couple of clogged nozzles, adjusted spray heads to water in right direction, checked and adjusted entire system with 6 stations.

Repaired drip line leaks in backyard that were chewed up by squirrels or some critters.

Replaced 1” DCA that was leaking constantly and could have cause an increment in water bill, checked operation of the same, checked water meter for water usage, there’s an extremely small leak on sprinkler main line, advised customer to leave water on and look for the water to show up or to call a leak detection company to locate irrigation leak.

Dug up, repaired and buried 1” main line leak in front yard that was leaking constantly causing a wet spot in lawn and could have cause an increment in water bill, tested system, replaced one broken head on zone 5, adjusted with proper height and nozzle, cleaned up couple of clogged nozzles, adjusted spray heads to water in right direction, checked and adjusted entire system with 7 stations.

Customer broke 6 inch head in station 1 by driving over it. Replaced head and nozzle. Tested system before handoff.

Repaired several drip line leaks in backyard, advised customer to put mulch in top of drip lines to avoid damage per squirrels, checked drip stations in backyard only per customer.

Rerouted and eliminated active lines on zone 5 under new concrete patio, turned station 5 back on at controller, checked and adjusted station 5 only.

Tested system, cleaned up couple of clogged nozzles, adjusted spray heads and rotary heads to water in right direction, found that controller was set up to come on Wednesday and Saturday for 16 times per day, which such setting could have cause an increment in water bill, reset controller for proper watering schedule, checked and adjusted entire system with 7 stations.

Tested system, located and replaced three 1” valves on zones 4, 5 and 6 that were not coming on, replaced RFS, checked operation of the same, replaced 10 spray heads that were broken/wrong type/not popping up, adjusted with proper height and nozzle, cleaned up couple of clogged nozzles, adjusted spray heads to water in right direction, most of heads around foundation are 360, customer choose not to replaced them at this time, checked and adjusted entire system with 6 stations.

Rebuilt 1” valve on zone 5 that was showing alarm on controller face, checked only station 5 per customer.

Added one station in backyard for proper coverage of back flower bed, had to cut and raised up valve on zone 3 that was too low, installed both valve on bigger valve box inside raised flower bed, checked stations 3 and 4.

Replaced broken RFS,checked operation of the same, checked all 4 stations.

Tested system, replaced 3 broken heads, adjusted with proper height and nozzle, raised up one spray head per customer request, changed out two nozzles for proper coverage, cleaned up couple of clogged nozzles, checked and adjusted entire system with 6 stations.

Tested system, replaced 9 spray heads that were broken/not popping up, adjusted with proper height and height and nozzle, adjusted spray heads to water in right direction, checked and adjusted entire system with 5 stations.

Turned DCA back on, dug up, repaired and buried 1” main line leak in front yard that was leaking constantly causing a wet spot in lawn and could have cause an increment in water bill, had to cut valve next to leak to be able to repair main line leak, checked water meter for water usage after repairs, no leaks observed on sprinkler main line nor house line.

Located and replaced 1” valve on zone 5 that was seeping constantly causing wet spots in backyard and could have cause an increment in water bill, reconnected station 5 back to controller that was disconnected at valve on zone 1
