Cutting out an original master valve that is leaking from the top and replacing it with a 1” rain bird valve.

Dug up, repaired and buried 1” main line leak in front yard that was leaking constantly causing a wet spot in lawn and water running down street that could have cause an increment in water bill, tested one station in backyard behind pool and replaced one broken head, adjusted with proper height and nozzle.

Tested system, replaced 3 spray heads that were broken, adjusted with proper height and nozzle, cleaned up couple of clogged nozzles, checked and adjusted entire system with 8 stations.

Turned DCA back on, plumber turned it off when running new house line, tested system, replaced 2 spray heads that were broken, adjusted with proper height and nozzle, cleaned up couple of clogged nozzles, adjusted spray heads and rotary heads to water in right direction, checked and adjusted entire system with 5 stations.

Repaired drip line leak on zone 1 by left corner of garage, replaced missing valve box lid in same area

Moved two valves on zones 5 and 6 away from tree to avoid future damage per tree roots, also rerouted lateral lines for same reason, checked and adjusted entire system with 8 stations.

Rebuilt 2” valve in front yard that was leaking constantly causing a wet spot in lawn and could have cause an increment in water bill.

Tested system, found that rain sensor is not working, customer choose not to replace rain sensor at this time, repaired lateral line leak on zone 10, adjusted spray heads and rotary heads to water in right direction, cleaned out couple of clogged nozzles, checked and adjusted entire system with 10 stations.

Tested system, replaced 3 broken heads, adjusted with proper height and nozzle, changed out two nozzles for better coverage, cleaned up couple of clogged nozzles, adjusted spray heads to water in right direction, checked and adjusted entire system with 8 stations.

Tested system, replaced one broken head on zone 4, adjusted with proper height and nozzle, cleaned up couple of clogged nozzles, adjusted spray heads to water in right direction, checked and adjusted entire system with 5 stations.

Evaluated main line leak in front yard, main line leak is under a big tree root, advised customer that is better to move to sprinkler lines to avoid future main line leaks due tree roots, customer request an estimate to do so.

Replaced controller using controller that was provided per customer, tested all 13 stations making sure everything comes on.
