Tested system, replaced faulty module on rain bird controller for stations 8, 9 and 10, advised customer if modules continue to fail controller will need to be replace, replaced 3 rotary heads that were not working and to avoid water on back fence as less as possible, adjusted rotary heads on zone 11 to avoid water on fence as less as possible without sacrificing coverage, adjusted spray heads and rotary heads to water in right direction, checked and adjusted entire system with 12 stations.

Located and replaced 1” valve on zone 7 that was seeping constantly causing a wet spot in lawn and could have cause an increment in water bill, tested system, cleaned up couple clogged nozzles, adjusted spray heads to water in right direction, turned station 7 back on at controller, checked and adjusted entire system with 7 stations.

Tested system, replaced one broken head on zone 1, dusted with proper height and nozzle, changed out two nozzles for better coverage, cleaned up couple of clogged nozzles, adjusted spray heads to water in right direction, checked and adjusted entire system with 6 stations.

Replaced one broken head in front flower bed, adjusted with proper height and nozzle, cleaned up one clogged nozzle on same station, changed out two nozzles on station that waters parkway that were wrong type, repaired several drip line leaks on zone that water along driveway, checked only station pointed out per customer.

Repaired bad wire connection at controller for zone 6 and replaced indoor connectors at valve for waterproof connectors instead.

Checked water meter for water usage, no leaks observed on sprinkler main line nor house line, wet area in front flower bed might be cause due over watering and/or not enough sun on area for soil to dry out enough, advised customer to cut down watering time and to seek advised into installing a drain to help with wet area, tested system, added one micro spray head on zone 5 for extra water on one plant that is not getting enough water, adjusted spray heads and rotary heads to water in right direction, cleaned up couple of clogged nozzles, checked and adjusted entire system with 9 stations.

Replacing rain bird spray heads

Replaced 1” valve in backyard that was leaking constantly causing a wet spot in lawn and could have cause an increment in water bill.

Located and replaced 1” valve on zone 1 that was not coming on, replaced couple of broken heads on zone 6 in backyard, adjusted with proper height and nozzle, raised up one spray head on zone 6, cleaned up couple of clogged nozzles, adjusted spray heads to water in right direction, checked and adjusted with 6 stations.

Replaced 1” valve on zone 5 that waters around pool that was leaking constantly causing wet spots in lawn and could have cause an increment in water bill, left DCA off per customer request.
